faulty window uncomfortable bed
the staff were friendly and happy to help when i checked in..
The room's window didn't close properly. The room was quite cold when i arrived. also, i found the bed to be uncomfortable. this.

The family room provided ample space. the tv with netflix added to our evenings. the bar area offered games and a pool table. It seemed like a communal hub, though i wished for softer lighting.
The room felt quite cold. I would appreciate better insulation for a warmer stay, especially during colder months.

dirty carpets ill-fitting sheets
The carpets needed cleaning. I also noticed the mattresses and sheets did not fit properly. The kettle had something around its spout and that bothered me.
